You can stop the service within 15-min to avoid a full charge. However, our therapists are here to ensure you have a relaxing experience.
We recommend you leave your valuables at home, as The Garden Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We also suggest removing your jewelry before your session.
We ask you to undress to your comfort level before the session begins. Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience, especially when using the shower.
Your session time includes undressing, redressing, professional consultation, and recommendations from your therapist.
If you're running late, we ask that you call to inform us. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that the full amount will still be charged and the full session time is not guaranteed.
We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments to avoid a $50 fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Gift cards can be redeemed at Allee Massage and our other location, The Garden Spa.

If the form of payment declines, all accumulated sessions will expire, and upcoming appointments will be canceled until we receive updated payment information. We allow a two-day grace period for members to update their payment information.
