Arrival: We ask you to please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure your full time. If you happen to be running late, please call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, the full amount will be charged, and the full session time is not guaranteed.
Spa Environment: For the considerations of you and other guests, we ask that you turn off your cellphones and speak softly within the spa.
During the service: Please let us know about the room temperature, the music volume, the massage pressure, etc. We can adjust to make sure you have a most relaxing experience.
Jewelries/Valuables: Please remove your jewelries and leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Session Times: Please remember that your session time includes undressing and redressing as well as professional consultation and recommendation from your therapist.
Cancellations: To cancel or rescheule your appointment, we require 24-hour notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $50 flat fee.
No-shows: will be charged a flat fee of $50.
Gift Cards: Gift cards can only be used at the studio where they were purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value and unless stated do not include gratuity. Gift cards must be presented at time of appointment, otherwise the full session amount will be due.
Packages: Package sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. You may share your package sessions.
Payment: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. We must have a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
Memberships: Member sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. Sessions cannot be split to pay for upgrades. If form of payment declines for the month, all accumulated sessions will expire, and upcoming appointments will be canceled, until we receive updated payment information. (A two (2) day grace period will be allowed for members to update their payment information).
